Database Reporting

Many different data reports and analysis are available and provided by the Database Strategies team; from simple counts in an Excel sheet, to complex reports created using software such as Crystal Reports. Reporting is based on individual client needs and reports can be prepared textually, and/or graphically.

Two popular reports that are often provided to clients as part of a general file analysis are:

Profile Report: This report provides aggregates and totals across all of the data captured and maintained in the Farm Journal data files; crops, livestock and enhanced data points such as income, age and expansion plans.

Demographic Count Book:
This report provides counts of owners and operators on all of the 200+ crops available by state. Data on this report is derived from both Farm Journal and the Government compliance files.

If you are interested in seeing how your data can be matched and analyzed using either of these reports, please contact a Database Strategies Sales Representative.
